Sacco Mann are recruiting a Commercial Property Paralegal for an established, progressive, and rapidly growing regional firm based in Leeds City Centre. The Commercial Property department bring in high-quality work and have well-respected partners within the team. This role will be suitable for someone with upwards of 12 months commercial property paralegal experience, or someone with at least 12 months experience within residential conveyancing, who is looking to move over to commercial property work.
The Role
Joining the commercial property team, you will be supporting fee earners by managing transactions and drafting documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting legal documents such as leases and Land Registry forms
- Liaising with clients and updating on their transactions
- Handling completions tasks
- Assisting fee earners with any other admin duties required
About You
- Upwards of 12 months experience in commercial property or residential conveyancing teams (you must have a strong interest in commercial property work)
- Strong client communication skills
- A proactive team player

This position is able to offer a range of salaries as the client has flexibility as to the level of skills and PQE required. The actual salary offered to the successful candidate will reflect their specific experience, skills and level of PQE.
