Commercial Property Paralegal – Leeds
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant to join a prestigious Legal 500 law firm based in central Leeds. This role offers excellent prospects for career development and progression within a well-established team renowned for delivering high-quality legal services.
We are seeking candidates with at least six months’ experience in commercial property or residential conveyancing. You will work closely with senior fee earners, gaining valuable hands-on experience and contributing to a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
Please note: Only applicants with relevant conveyancing or commercial property experience will be considered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting solicitors and fee earners with a broad range of commercial property matters from file opening to completion
- Managing documentation and correspondence accurately and efficiently
- Delivering excellent client care and supporting smooth transaction progress
- Taking on increased responsibility and varied tasks as your expertise develops
You will be organised, detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a busy legal environment, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.
