About the Opportunity

CRA Consulting is working in partnership with a highly regarded client that provides a comprehensive range of legal services to a growing client base. With a strong organisational culture that places staff at the heart of its success, we are pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for a motivated and professional Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team at their Leeds office.

Key Responsibilities

As a Paralegal, your duties will include:

  • Managing matters from inception through to completion, including taking initial client instructions, progressing cases and handling post-completion archiving, all under supervision and in accordance with office and accounts procedures.
  • Liaising with clients and third parties on behalf of fee earners, and dealing with enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing administrative support to fee earners, solicitors and partners as required.
  • Gathering, preparing and managing documentation for legal files.
  • Assisting with client billing and monitoring the collection of outstanding payments.
  • Coordinating with the Accounts team to process cheques, settle disbursements, and handle related financial tasks.
  • Undertaking general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and document collation.
  • Keeping up to date with developments in legal knowledge and contributing to continuous professional development.
  • Supporting the maintenance of a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Assisting with the review and improvement of office systems and procedures.
  • Undertaking any other duties reasonably required by the firm.
