Job Title: Employment Paralegal (Legal 500 Firm)

Location: Leeds (hybrid working)

Salary: up to £32,000 DOE

You will gain experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Your day to day:

The Employment team is made up of solicitors, paralegals, and trainees, working across the UK offices and remotely. They cover a wide range of Employment Law claims, making this a great collaborative environment for you to progress in your career.

  • Advise clients on potential Employment claims.
  • Manage your own varied caseload of Employment Law matters.
  • Assist Solicitors and fee earns within the team.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • At least 2 years experience working in an Employment Law department. Ideally experience managing your own employment Law caseload.
  • Experience drafting Legal documents such as witness statements, pleading etc.
  • Strong administrative skills gained in an office environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good telephone manner
  • Highly organised and ability to work to deadlines
  • Willingness to learn new skills and progress within the firm.
  • A collaborative team player and an excellent communicator
