Hours: Full time, hybrid

A fantastic opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join an established, specialist Law Firm in Central Leeds. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide support within Property Law.

Daily Duties

  • Ensure sale cases are handed over to the exchange team
  • Identify additional documentation required
  • Chasing initial payments
  • Administrative duties including both electronic and paper file management
  • Chasing customers, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties.

Required Skills

  • Previous administration experience is desirable
  • Strong IT skills are desirable
  • Confident communication is desirable.
