About the Role

As a Litigation Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of litigation matters, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients. Working within a well-established and traditional legal practice, you will uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence and client-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a diverse range of litigation cases, including civil, commercial, and property disputes.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court submissions.
  • Conduct negotiations and settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Attend court hearings and advocate for clients when required.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of service and professionalism.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and regulatory changes affecting litigation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in litigation, ideally within a traditional legal practice.
  • Strong knowledge of civil and commercial litigation procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Relevant legal qualifications (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal).
