An exciting opportunity has arisen for to join an award-winning Leeds based law firm. Due to ongoing success, there is an urgent need for a paralegal to join the well-respected real estate department. The successful candidate will be required to attend the London office and assist the solicitors with the day to day running of their files as well as building up your own caseload.

Daily duties will include drafting transaction document summaries and reports (including land agreements, development agreements, transfers and sectional agreements). Further duties will include reviewing and reporting on due diligence searches as part of reports of title, producing reports on title as part of development site acquisitions as well as assisting with land transfers covering both pre and post completion formalities.

A key element of the role will include drafting and preparing ancillary documentation such as Deeds of Covenant, Land Registry certificates and Transfers

Applicants will have completed a law degree or equivalent and will have gained previous paralegal experience within a commercial or residential property department. You will also possess a keen interest in developing a career in this field. A professional and proactive work ethic is essential coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
