Defendant RTA Paralegal – Leeds - £45,000 DOE   My client is looking to recruit an RTA Supervisor to join their team in Leeds. Salary is £45,000 DOE   In this role you will be supervising your own small team of junior fee earners, your teams caseload will consist of MOJ, OIC, small track and fast track RTA claims. In the role you will be ensuring that your teams caseload is running smoothly.  You’ll manage a smaller caseload of your own to keep your litigation skills sharp. This newly created role has come about due to the firms continued growth and offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a supervisory role while maintaining a quality caseload of their own. You wouldnt need previous experience managing a team to be considered.  There are real opportunities for progression. There will be opportunities progress to team manger roles and into teams that manager hirer value multi track files.
