Title: Production SchedulerLocation: BradfordSalary: up to £32,000 + BonusElevation Recruitment Group's Procurement & Supply Chain division are partnering exclusively with a growing manufacturer based in Bradford as they look to recruit a Production Scheduler. The Production Scheduler will work closely with the Head of Logistics to oversee the organisation's Production processes, working closely with the Engineering team. This opportunity offers full autonomy and a flexible and hybrid working arrangement as well as:

Key duties of the Buyer will include: 

  • Support Sales with lead time estimates during quoting.
  • Ensure Engineering meets deadlines and verify part setup data.
  • Ensure timely Make/Buy decisions and routing creation for in-house parts.
  • Coordinate with Finance to complete cost builds for Make parts.
  • Monitor MRP for purchase needs and overdue acknowledgments.
  • Prepare Production Work Order packets with route cards, pick lists, and drawings.
  • Update completed production operations.
  • Generate schedules for Bar and Casting Stores.
  • Maintain MRP Exception Listing spreadsheet.
  • Use Contract Status Listings to set Assembly build priorities.
  • Action Engineering Change Notes and BOM changes, coordinating across departments and managing impacted work orders and inventory.

Key Skills & Experience required:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment  
  • Excellent organisational skills
