You’ll be the go-to expert for engineering excellence, driving improvements, leading projects, and empowering teams with your technical know-how.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own the performance of all production machinery—plan, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot to keep operations smooth and efficient.
  • Coordinate projects to enhance manufacturing processes, introduce cutting-edge equipment, and scale production—all while keeping safety front and centre.
  • Train production staff on new systems, processes, and safety protocols to build a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards, conducting audits, risk assessments, and implementing proactive measures.

Qualifications:

  • HNC/HND in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or NVQ Level 3

Experience:

  • 5+ years in a high-volume/FMCG manufacturing environment

Additional Knowledge & Experience

  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
  • Expertise in lean manufacturing, quality control, and continuous improvement
  • Strong command of health & safety regulations and risk management
  • Excellent communicator and team collaborator
