I am currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to join my client's team on an exciting high-rise development project in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in construction administration.
No previous site experience required - full training will be provided!
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative support to the site team
Managing documentation and filing systems
Meeting and greeting site visitors
Maintaining records such as site inductions, deliveries, and reports
Assisting with data entry, document control, and correspondence
Providing exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
Proven background in administration and/or customer service
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work on-site full-time in Leeds
