New Build Housing Site
We are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join 2 of our busy new build housing developments inGarforth and Skelton on a freelance basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Coordinating trades and ensuring health & safety on site
- Helping to maintain build quality and time lines
- Assisting with site paperwork, inspections, and handover procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in new build housing / residential construction
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
- Strong communication and organisational skills
