As theBMS Operations Manager,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheBMS Operations Manager,will be responsible for:
- Perform BMS installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Provide technical support and lead your team.
- Handle administrative tasks (timesheets, performance reviews).
- Foster strong client relationships and manage escalations.
To be successful for this BMS Operations Manager role you must have:
- 3-5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Leadership potential with prior management experience.
- Proficiency with BMS technologies (Trend, Honeywell, Siemens).
- Relevant engineering qualifications and HVAC/electrical experience.
