- Location: Remote / Leeds Office
- Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
- Company Car, Phone & Laptop Provided
- 31 Days Holiday (incl. Bank Holidays), Rising to 33 Days Over 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as themain point of contactfor clients and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Oversee and support theperformance of our security guards and subcontractors
- Plan and manageguard rotas, ensuring full site coverage and operational efficiency
- Handle theday-to-day managementof multiple sites across the UK
- Maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

About You:
- Proven experience insecurity operationsorteam/site management
