The role is varied  and is ideally looking for someone with experience developing processes and procedures, excellent customer service and operations experience and team management experience.The key duties will include:

  • Managing a team of 3- Day to day management, coaching, 121s, appraisals etc
  • Resolution of queries in a timely manner
  • Assist with preparing profit and cash flow budgets as part of the annual budgeting process
  • Provide timely and accurate data or analysis to support audits
  • Collaborate with the wider business to enhance data accuracy and reporting integrity
  • Drive continuous improvements in billing reporting and related processes
  • Provide support and leadership on solutions to enhance billing and reporting

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving continuous improvement and streamlining processes, with experience in operational roles within either a shared services environment or a contact centre.
