45 hrs per week -16.75ph

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for our client based in Leeds.
As Operations Supervisor you will ensure you provide day to day supervisory and/or coordination support to a team of operational and/or clerical employees, or contractors and report to Manger.
Department:Air Network, Road Network, Hub Operations, Storage, Fashion & Solution, Hub & Transport Operations, Ground Operations
Responsibilities
- Day to day team tasks as well as delegated first level employee related activities as defined by local policies.
- Day to day performance monitoring/management and development discussions.
- Employee related admininstration duties
- Support inital and informal disiplinary action activities and, in the case of contractors,contract management, under the supervision of relevant mamagement.
- Plan and organise own work on daily/weekly basis.
- Implement exsisting and new processes and procedures.
- Interact with First Line Management/Senior Management
- Occasional interaction with external customer/suppliers & vendors/goverment agencies/authorities.
- May be required to perform other duties asassigned
Relevant Experience:1-3 years
Skills:Leadership, Team working,Problem solving,Planning and organising,Accuracy & attention to detail.
Job Requirement: Secondary education
