WearecurrentlylookingforanexperiencedSiteManagertooverseeanewbuildresidentialhousingschemeinLeedsonafreelancebasis.Thisisakeyroleon-site,responsibleforensuringthesmoothday-to-dayoperationoftheproject,fromgroundworksthroughtofinalhandover.

Theidealcandidatewillbeahands-onandproactivemanagerwithastrongbackgroundinhousebuildingandacommitmenttoquality,health&safety,andtimelydelivery.

Superviseandcoordinateallon-siteconstructionactivities
Managesubcontractorsandensureworksarecompletedsafelyandtoahighstandard
Monitorprogressagainsttheprogrammeandreporttoseniormanagement
Conductregularsiteinspections,toolboxtalks,andenforcesitehealth&safetystandards
MaintainsiterecordsandensurecompliancewithNHBC/buildingregulations
Liaisewithsuppliers,localauthorities,andinternalteams
