My client are a well-established, reputable fit-out contractor seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee premium commercial projects across Leeds. You’ll be leading on-site operations, ensuring exceptional standards, and maintaining strong communication with trades, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the day-to-day site operations on high-end commercial fit out and refurbishment projects valued up to £5m+
- Ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
- Maintaining excellent health & safety compliance across site
- Building and sustaining strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Proactively identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to keep projects moving smoothly
- Coordinating trades, logistics, and site resources efficiently
- Providing clear, timely communication and reporting to senior management
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit out/refurbishment (high-end projects preferred)
- A proactive, agile individual who thrives under pressure
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of health and safety legislation and on-site best practice
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
