My client is an award winning contractor specialising in new build commercial and industrial projects to 8m. Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit an experienced No.1 to join the business on a permanent basis. You will be an experienced No.1 used to managing new build projects from inception to completion. Although the work will be largely Yorkshire based you must be prepared to travel and lodge when required. My client has an excellent reputation for staff retention and opportunities for progression.
