Albion Search are currently working with a national house builder who are looking to appoint a number of Site Managers on a permanent basis, for upcoming developments across Leeds & Wakefield.
The client are renowned for being a great company to work for and have a strong pipeline of sites starting backed up with a heavy land bank.
They are looking for Site Managers with proven experience in residential house building, expect 40/50 units per year and can take sites from inception through to completion. Candidates who have won NHBC awards would be beneficial but this is not crucial.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the build programme
- Manage trades & sub-contractors
- Call off's
- NHBC Liaison
- Ensuring plots are CML'd on time
- H&S
- Contracts Manager updates
- Liaise with local authorities
- Inductions
They pay a strong basic salary which ranges depending on experience, car allowance/company car, great bonus potential and a rangeof other benefits.
You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card, along with the above relevant experience in volume house building.
