- Design and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, marketing team, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns.
- Oversee and grow the brand’s social media presence, actively engaging with the community to foster brand awareness and loyalty.
- Produce, manage, and distribute a wide range of content—including blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts—across multiple channels.
- Optimise website content for search engines, managing organic performance through effective SEO techniques.
- Maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
- Partner with the graphic designer to develop visually compelling and brand-consistent content.
- Use analytics tools to evaluate content performance and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.
- Craft clear, engaging, and high-quality copy for the website, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate content marketing and social media best practices.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and supports company objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies to boost website traffic and generate qualified sales leads.
- Deep knowledge of content marketing channels and strategies.
- Exceptional creative writing and communication skills, supported by a solid portfolio of published work.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a content marketing role, either in-house or within an agency setting.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a similar industry or one facing comparable challenges.
- Strong project management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple content initiatives simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with content management systems and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to apply them to content creation.
- Creative mindset with the capacity to develop innovative content marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
