- Create, edit, and manage content across website and social channels to improve user experience and lead generation.
- Create and design marketing visuals and collateral for use across web, sales documents, presentations, and social content – drawing from an existing asset library when required.
- Create and maintain marketing collateral (brochures, one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks) to support internal sales efforts.
- Manage and schedule social media content across multiple channels, ensuring consistent and engaging content is delivered in line with our client’s tone of voice.
- Deliver multichannel campaigns (email, social, web) supporting new product launches, promotions, and events.
- Work with and manage relationships with external agencies and partners, including videographers and marketing agencies.
- Support the planning and promotion of industry and partner events, coordinating PR and digital promotion campaigns.
- 3+ years in a B2B SaaS or tech-led marketing
- Proficient in HubSpot and WordPress or similar systems.
- Strong design and visual content creation skills (Adobe Create Suite, Canva or similar)
- Strong content creation and copywriting ability.
- Experienced in managing social channels and scheduling tools (e.g. Later)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, analyse and report on marketing performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
