Position Overview:
Elevation Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a services and product based company who sell into the Construction sector.
Reporting to the Marketing and Digital Manager, you will play a key role as part of the wider marketing team in supporting the businesses in driving brand awareness and commercial success.
Your responsibilities will include creating divisional marketing plans, planning, implementation and analysis of marketing campaigns designed to achieve strategic goals. This diverse role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and the sales team to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives. You will work across multiple channels and projects, tailoring solutions to meet business objectives and enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaigns: Work with wider business functions, primarily sales, to plan, develop, implement and report on marketing campaigns. Producing leads and engagement with clients through segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Marketing Plans: Work on annual marketing plans, aligning with business goals and developing multi-channel strategies to support their achievement.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging and creative content for marketing materials, including product brochures, flyers, press releases, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and strategy.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice are consistently applied across all marketing channels, including signage, vehicle livery, and promotional materials. Maintain and organise the product image library.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organise events, from local exhibitions to national campaigns. Manage promotional stock and exhibition kits.
- Market Research and Reporting: Conduct market analysis, monitor competitors, and identify growth opportunities. Report on marketing performance and provide actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives. Including the writing and supply of briefs for external designers and marketing professionals.
- Marketing Performance: Report on marketing performance, provide actionable insights, and contribute to quarterly reviews and presentations to key stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Marketing Experience: Previous experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of executing campaigns across various channels.
- Project Management: ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns and brands. Experience with a project management tool preferable e.g. Monday.com
- Organised and Detail-Oriented: Ensure work is completed on time with a focus on producing high-quality, professional work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Collaborative and Adaptable: Works well in a team environment, open to feedback, and thrives in a dynamic workplace.
- Clear Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Eager to Learn and Grow: Enthusiastic about contributing to the success of the marketing team and the wider business objectives.
- Education: Educated to degree level, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
