Paid Media Strategist

Our client is a digital marketing agency based in Leeds on the lookout for a new Paid Media Strategist to join the team. You will lead the strategic direction of Paid advertising campaigns across a wide range of clients and sectors.
You will help identify and implement opportunities by splitting your time between strategy and execution, expanding and refining the Paid offering to ensure the team stays at the forefront of industry trends.
The Paid Media Strategist role:
* Work closely with the Head of Paid Media to work on new business opportunities, contributing to pitches and client onboarding.
* Develop and executive multi-channel paid strategies aligned with performance and marketing goals.
* Lead strategic reviews of client performance.
* Act as the main point of contact for paid clients.
* Work with other Performance Marketing departments to ensure a cohesive approach that integrates Paid strategies with SEO, CRO, and CRM efforts.
* Help the team set up and optimise new channels, ensuring these are implemented correctly and efficiently.
Skills needed for the role:
* Strong paid search and social campaign execution experience.
* Agency background is desired.
* Depth and knowledge with a passion for performance marketing,
* Driven to grow the paid media team.
