Prospero Health and Social Care is seeking experienced professionals to provide support for children in Leeds and surrounding areas.


We are looking for dedicated individuals with a positive, can-do attitude who are committed to going the extra mile to improve the lives of the children they support. You will help promote independence, act as a positive role model, and contribute to creating a safe home environments.


Please note, we are currently offering flexible, part-time roles rather than full-time positions.

Key Requirements:
At least 12 months of paid UK experience in the health and social care sector
Proven experience working with children and young people (minimum one year)
Background in support work or youth work is essential
Flexibility to travel within the area and adapt to varying shift patterns, including weekends and night shifts
Resilience, empathy, and a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable young people
NVQ Level 3 in children and young people is preferred but not mandatory
Must be registered with Social Care


Additional Details:
Driving licence is preferred
This role requires in-person attendance
