The Company:
Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies who design, install and maintain commercial M&E building services. T/O c100m
The Role:
Working across Yorkshire,you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of air-conditioning equipment (VRV's, VRF's, cassettes andsplits) including compressor changesacrosscommercial office environments, large retail sitesand gyms.
The Person:
It is essential that you are an experienced air-conditioning engineer with F gas cat 1.
The Salary:
DOOR TO DOOR TRAVEL - travel time is mostly paid at 1.5
Basic for 40 hours 20.08/ hour - 41,766.40
23 days holiday + 4%/4%pension
O/T rates of x 1.5 (30.12) after 8 hours daily and x 2 (40.16) Saturday after first 5 hours and all day Sunday.
Company van and fuel card - no private use.
50 hours per week including travel equates to57,428.80 as all travel is paid.
