Rewind Engineer
Provide support for the repair and overhaul of a wide range of industrial process motors and related equipment, both in-house and on-site, while adhering to all applicable health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Follow all company health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures.

Perform electrical static testing on industrial motors.

Manufacture low-voltage (LV) and high-voltage (HV) coils.

Carry out rewinds of LV and HV motors.

Maintain accurate inspection records, job documentation, and timekeeping reports in line with company procedures.

Assist other departments or teams as required, including on-site assignments and work in other engineering areas.

Participate in on-call rotations, shift work, and overtime as necessary to maintain service levels.

Timely completion of assigned work.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Formal training in electrical winding (e.g., apprenticeship, NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent relevant experience).
Essential Skills

Proficiency in motor electrical static testing.

Ability to manufacture LV/HV coils.

Ability to rewind LV/HV motors.

Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Competent in using digital tools (e.g., tablets, work management software).
