Location: Leeds
Salary: £51,382 per year
Shift Pattern: 2 days + 2 nights + 4 off

Role and Responsibilities
Oversee and plan locomotive maintenance and repairs, ensuring strict adherence to VMI standards and budgetary requirements.
Lead with safety at the forefront, ensuring compliance with industry health and safety regulations.Â
Continuously monitor shift progress and quality to maintain operational standards.Â
Support depot management in HR matters, ensuring all company policies and procedures are upheld.
Who We’re Looking For:
Experience in transportation maintenance—previous work with rolling stock highly desirable.
HND or NVQ Level 3 minimum in an engineering discipline, ideally in electrical or mechanical engineering.
At least 5 years’ experience in a supervisory or high-level technical role, with the ability to make sound engineering decisions.
