Key Responsibilities
路Lead the structural design of new build projects across multiple sectors
路Prepare detailed calculation packages to support project delivery
路Undertake structural inspections and prepare engineering reports across the UK
路Attend and represent the company at design team meetings and site visits
路Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and contribute to team development
路Manage project assessments and prepare fee proposals where required
What They're Looking For
路Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE) or close to achieving chartership
路Minimum 4 years UK-based consultancy experience
路Strong design expertise across structural materials, foundations, and retaining walls
路Proficiency in TEKLA and TEDDS software (essential) with AutoCAD experience required
路Knowledge of current technical standards including Eurocodes
路Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships
路Willingness to travel across the UK for site inspections and meetings
路Full UK driving licence
路Experience in REVIT and Roads & Sewer design is desirable but not essential
