Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Construction Planner on a permanent basis located in the Leeds area.
Responsibilities:
- Site appraisals and evaluation
- Preparing reports and statements
- Submission of all planning application documentation
- Meeting & negotiating with planning officers
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Planning role (2 years minimum)
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Team player and able to work on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A keen interest in the full land and planning process
- Full UK driving licence.
