With a strong reputation for quality and a hands-on approach, they operate as a close-knit, fast-paced team.The RoleWe’re looking for someone with solid administrative experience who can step into the role and provide immediate support. You’ll be working closely with the Managing Director and wider team, handling day-to-day admin tasks, liaising with suppliers, and assisting with order processing.Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Managing Director with general administrative duties
  • Taking meeting minutes 
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Communicating with suppliers to request information or materials
  • Assisting with basic sales admin tasks, including processing and updating orders
  • General office duties, including filing and document organisation
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an admin role, ideally in a busy office environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Able to manage workloads and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
