Key responsibilities - Office Administrator:-
Managing and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Handling general administrative duties across sales support, logistics, and procurement

Maintaining order records and updating internal databases

Answering customer queries and providing excellent service via phone and email

Assisting with stock management and order tracking

Supporting other team members with ad hoc office admin tasks

A confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude

High attention to detail and a willingness to take on varied tasks

Strong organisational and time management skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience

Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
