This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of office operations within a professional, fast-paced environment. The role starts on a 6-month contract with the potential to become permanent. About the Company:Our client is a global engineering, management and development consultancy, working across a wide range of sectors including transport, energy, water, and the built environment. They deliver innovative solutions to major infrastructure projects and are committed to sustainability, collaboration, and driving positive change worldwide. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Manage office facilities, suppliers, and contractors to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
  • Support with scheduling, diary management, and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain office policies, procedures, and health & safety compliance.
  • Assist with onboarding new starters and supporting wider team requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to senior management as required.

About You:

  • Previous experience in office management, facilities coordination, or a senior administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

What’s on Offer:

  • £16 per hour (paid weekly via Morson).
