Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for a new opportunity in Leeds?
Winner Education are working closely with a school in West Park, Leeds, who are seeking a School Administrator. The role is full time, up to 37 hours a week 8am-4pm. You will be required to start immediately on a long-term placement. The successful candidate must have previous school receptionist/administration experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support with a busy school office area
- Provide general admin duties
- Maintain records of visitors and their compliance
- Update management information system
- Postal duties
- Manage accurate records of pupils
- Maintain ParentPay system
- Answer telephone and face to face enquiries
- Maintain Free School Meal eligibility records
The Successful School Administrator will:
- Have previous school administration experience
- Be highly motivated, professional and forward thinking
- Display strong organisational abilities and skills
- Have previous knowledge of school administration software systems
- Have proficient computer skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be able to form positive relationships with all staff and parents
- Need to be flexible in working across the whole school
