Academics are currently recruiting a year 5 teacher for one of our mainstream primary schools in the North Leeds area.
This is a Ofsted "good" rated primary school with hard working, committed and friendly staff. This year 5 teacher position is to commence in November until the end of the academic year.
The school is a 2 form entry and has pupils from diverse backgrounds and any experience teaching SEND pupils would be beneficial.
This year 5 teacher role is full time for someone who wants to narrow the attainment gap and see these year 5 pupils progress.
As a year 5 teacher you must have excellent knowledge of the KS2 Curriculum and should be able to demonstrate a proven success teaching this year group. As a year 5 teacher you must be able to plan and deliver fun and engaging lessons. The school require their new teacher to become fully immersed in school life and become an integral part of the team.

- Have a teaching degree with QTS
