Gas Engineer

CRP Group are recruiting for a Gas Engineer on behalf of their client who are a property services company working across the UK.

The Gas Engineer will be responsibe for:

• Undertaking services, repairs and maintenance of domestic heating systems.
• Complete work in line with specification and gas safe regulations.
• Complete all relevant paperwork.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and safety at all times.
• Complete out of hours work including overtime and call outs as and when required.
• Work to operational procedures, safe working practices and health and safety procedures.
• Report all accidents, near miss events and potential hazards.
• Carry out all maintenance works.

The successful Gas Engineer will have/ be:

• Recognised formal training attaining the relevant craft qualification, NVQ Level 2/3
• or equivalent
• ACS Qualifications CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
• LPG, UNVENTED qualifications are desirable
• Understanding of gas legislation
• Full UK driving license
• Understanding of Health and Safety and working to best practice
• Ability to manage own time and workload
• Experience of working with the public, demonstrating excellent customer service
• Flexibility
