Position: Multi-Skilled PlastererLocation: LeedsTeam: Day-to-Day Reactive RepairsAbout our client: They are a local housing association property services provider dedicated to maintaining and improving our properties. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced plasterer to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform plastering tasks to a high standard.
- Address and treat damp and mould issues effectively.
- Carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in plastering, particularly in damp and mould treatment.
- Multi-skilled in various maintenance and repair tasks.
- Relevant qualifications (NVQ or City and Guilds).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
