Contract Length: 4 months ongoing contract

Social housing experience Desired but not essential.

Full UK driving licence and access to a car (required for travel between properties)
Strong communication skills and experience in a customer-facing role
DBS – An application will be required if successful.
Asbestos Awareness – or willingness to update if successful
City & Guilds in Carpentry & Joinery, NVQ Level 2 or 3 Plastering
