Job Title: Technical Services Manager

A well-established food manufacturing business based in West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join its site leadership team.
This role is heavily focused on food quality, customer satisfaction, and technical compliance, with strong ownership of customer standards and technical strategy across the site.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust internal and external audit programme, ensuring ongoing compliance with BRC standards and major retailer requirements. The role will also lead Technical Services, compliance activities, and root cause (RC) investigations, driving continuous improvement and right-first-time performance.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong HACCP knowledge, with a clear understanding of technical documentation, process flow, and compliance systems. You will ensure technical systems are visible, structured, and manageable, providing clarity and confidence across all operational teams.
This opportunity would suit a hands-on technical professional with solid FMCG food manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to engage effectively with customers, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
