Private Client Paralegal | Leeds | £25,000–£30,000A leading Top 100 national law firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their highly regarded team in Leeds.This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a Legal 500 Leading Individual in a team ranked in the Legal 500.You’ll become part of a highly regarded team recognised for its depth of expertise and outstanding client relationships — an ideal environment to develop your skills and progress your career.The role will involve:
  • Managing straightforward probate matters under supervision
  • Submitting Trustee Act Notices
  • Drafting straightforward Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Registering LPAs and preparing documents such as Deeds of Retirement, Trustees’ Minutes and Resolutions
  • Handling initial third-party enquiries
  • Conducting Land Registry searches
  • Performing bank reconciliations for Estate Accounts and processing payment requests
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience working within a Private Client team
  • Strong legal drafting skills and legal research experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client care
