Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist with internal and external audits adhering to BRC and ISO standards.
  • Ensure customer requirements are met from a QA perspective.
  • Release QA batches in line with customer-specific and QMS requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical and production teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Participate in customer audits and set standards for quality.
  • Perform in-house testing to maintain quality standards.
  • Write QA-related reports and act as a catalyst for change and improvement.
  • Liaise with the Compliance/QHSE Officer to ensure QMS conformity.
