This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing their quality standards across various processes.
Day-to-day of the role:- Assist with internal and external audits adhering to BRC and ISO standards.
- Ensure customer requirements are met from a QA perspective.
- Release QA batches in line with customer-specific and QMS requirements.
- Collaborate with technical and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in customer audits and set standards for quality.
- Perform in-house testing to maintain quality standards.
- Write QA-related reports and act as a catalyst for change and improvement.
- Liaise with the Compliance/QHSE Officer to ensure QMS conformity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational and customer care skills.
- Good numerical skills and understanding of statistics.
- Effective report writing and negotiation skills.
- Analytical abilities to grasp key points from complex details.
