- Support calibration activities and carry out inspection tasks to ensure equipment and product accuracy
- Operate the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM); experience with Mitutoyo systems is an advantage but not essential
- Assist with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for new product introductions, including the creation and development of required documentation
- Provide support for internal and external tool trials and line trials, ensuring effective communication with relevant stakeholders
- Support the preparation and submission of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation
- Investigate customer concerns, identify root causes, and support the resolution and response process
- Assist in maintaining quality management systems and support the implementation of improvements in line with IATF 16949 standards
- Driving License is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and a thorough approach to work
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the business
- Well-organised with the ability to manage tasks effectively
- Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Experience in interpreting engineering material standards and specifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Internal Auditor certification to the IATF 16949 standard
- GCSE Grade 3 or above, or equivalent, in Maths and English
