Mechanical Supervisor

We're looking for a hands-on leader to join our dynamic team and oversee nationwide mechanical operations. This isn't just about managing projects; it's about being at the forefront of the action, ensuring our work on energy centres, heat pumps, and steam plants sets the industry standard.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading on Site: You'll manage mechanical installations, ensuring every detail aligns with design specifications and our high-quality standards.

  • Safety First: You'll be the champion of health and safety, ensuring compliance and creating a secure working environment for everyone on site.

  • Empowering Your Team: You'll lead, mentor, and support our G&H operatives and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Building Relationships: You'll be the key link between clients and our internal project managers, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.

  • Driving Success: You'll monitor progress against project programs and report on key milestones, keeping projects on track and on time.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.

  • Qualifications: You must be SSSTS / SMSTS qualified.

  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of energy centres, heat pumps, and steam plants.

  • Flexibility: A willingness to travel nationwide to where the work is.

  • Licence: A valid full driving licence is essential.

  • Leadership: Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills are a must. You're a natural leader who inspires trust and gets the best out of their team.
