Meridian are working with a leading, well-established M&E Contractor that havepermanent employment opportunities for experienced Mechanical Supervisors that are based near Leeds. You will be covering projects located in Leeds and the surrounding areas. These projects will offer a variety of work on industrial and commercial sites. These will include hospitals, educational buildings, data centres, infirmaries, power stations, offices, MoD sites, warehouses, and government/council buildings. - Experience supervising commercial/industrial M&E jobs
- Experience being customer-facing, and dealing with supply chain meetings
- Managing mechanical subcontractors on a daily basis, such as plumbers, pipefitters, and mechanical mates/apprentices
- Meeting deadlines and client demands whilst following all industry H&S standards
- Regularly reporting progress to your senior management team, as well as external supply chain members and clients
- Be able to manage RAMS, toolbox talks, induction requests, timesheet processes, and onsite Health and Safety
- Guide and manage mechanical installation such as 1st and 2nd fix of sanitary, drainage, heating and cooling systems, hot and cold water systems etc.
