The client is a well-established electronics manufacturing company are looking for an individual with a strong background in electronics to join their business.
The role will involve:
- Overseeing a team of electronics assemblers
- Training and mentoring members of staff
- Analysing and reviewing staff performance and identifying training needs
- Working on the shop floor
- Using electronics equipment
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in a senior role within an electronics environment
- A solid understanding of electronics
- Ability to read technical engineering drawings, specifications and manuals
- Able to liaise with multiple departments
- Strong leadership skills
