Project Manager – Construction & Real Estate
Salary: £45k-£55k + plus excellent benefits
My client is a leading construction and property consultancy, known for delivering outstanding service across a variety of sectors. With a growing project management team, they’re looking for a talented Project Manager to join their Leeds office and play a key role in exciting, high-profile projects in sectors such as Commercial, Residential, Education, Heritage, Logistics.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Project Manager, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to ensure projects run smoothly and successfully. You’ll take ownership of various project elements, including:
- Managing contracts and project reporting
- Overseeing project operations – tracking actions, coordinating with design teams and contractors
- Site inspections and procurement of consultants/surveys
- Keeping project documentation up to date – risk registers, execution plans, and directories
- Building strong relationships with clients to drive success
- Working alongside cost managers to achieve the best commercial outcomes
What We’re Looking For
✔ Degree qualified in a relevant field
✔ MRICS qualification preferred, but not essential (support available)
✔ Proven project management experience within construction or real estate
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✔ Ability to lead tasks, manage responsibilities, and deliver results
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Proactive, ambitious, and detail-oriented approach
