The role is for a Senior Project Manager carrying out the following responsibilities:

Programme
Monthly reports
Client management
Instructions
Variations
Contract administration

Requirements for the role are:

Minimum of 5 years experience.
Experience in all sectors of the built environemnt.
Autonomously running projects.
Consultancy experience.
