About You

You'll bring:

  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and basic computer skills.
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or be willing to work towards it-we'll cover the costs!).
  • Experience supporting young people with additional emotional and behavioral needs (through work, volunteering, placements, or personal experience).
  • Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, nights, and bank holidays.
