About the Role
As a Residential Practitioner, you will:
- Provide a safe, nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.

About You
You'll bring:
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and basic computer skills.
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or be willing to work towards it-we'll cover the costs!).
- Experience supporting young people with additional emotional and behavioral needs (through work, volunteering, placements, or personal experience).
- Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, nights, and bank holidays.
