What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A good standard of literacy and numeracy, with basic computer literacy

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or equivalent) - or the commitment to achieving it (we cover the course fees!)

  • Recent experience supporting children or young people with emotional or behavioural needs - through work, volunteering, placements, or personal life

  • Excellent communication and listening skills, strong teamwork, and emotional intelligence

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, bank holidays, and waking nights
