- Location: Leeds - LS3 (On-site)
- Salary: £28,000 per annum
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
- Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time
- Raise daily purchase orders to replenish stock across multiple branches
- Monitor stock levels and adjust inventory based on demand
- Liaise with branch teams to fulfil stock requirements and resolve queries
- Set up new products and job-specific contracts on internal systems
- Maintain and update product pricing
- Resolve invoice queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Source new products and suppliers where needed
- Provide administrative support and assist with stock and sales data analysis
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the purchasing function
- Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Familiarity with stock control and supplier sourcing processes
